Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Digital Products, Subscriptions, and Email Content

At Better at Branding, we’re committed to delivering high-impact written content and digital products that help you build unforgettable brands. Since we deal in digital goods delivered instantly via email or online access, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective of the integrity of our work.

Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Access is Granted
If you’ve made a purchase by mistake or need to cancel an order before access to the product or newsletter issue has been provided, email us at community@betteratbranding.com as soon as possible.
If the product hasn’t been delivered yet, we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

1.2 After Access is Granted
Because our products are digital and access is often granted instantly, we’re unable to cancel orders once the content has been delivered (this includes downloadable files, newsletter issues, or access-based tools).

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Subscription Refunds
If you’re subscribed to one of our paid newsletters and feel like it didn’t deliver on expectations, you may request a refund for your first billing cycle—within 7 days of the initial charge.
Refunds for renewals are not available once the content has been sent.

2.2 Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of downloadable content (eBooks, templates, guides, etc.), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
However, if there was a technical issue or you received the wrong file, we’ll absolutely make it right.

3. Return Policy (Digital Products Only)

Because we do not sell physical goods, traditional returns do not apply. However:

  • If a digital product you received is incomplete, corrupted, or non-functional, please notify us within 7 days of purchase.

  • We’ll either resend the product or issue a refund if we’re unable to fix the issue.

All refund decisions are made at our discretion but always with fairness in mind.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are considered non-refundable:

  • Final sale content (clearly marked as non-refundable at checkout)

  • Bundles or discounted packages once accessed

  • Customized brand templates, scripts, or strategy docs created specifically for you

  • Any content consumed or downloaded after purchase

5. Processing & Timing

5.1 Refund Timelines
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.

5.2 Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to grant partial refunds in cases where digital content was accessed or partially used, but a clear error was made on our end (e.g., duplicate charge, corrupted file, etc.).
